Technical Applications Support/Administrator

Looking for aTechnicalApplication Consultant to support andprovidetechnicalleadership on different I.T. Applications initiatives.

This person will be assigned to multiple Projects and application support Initiatives such as:eTailboard, Audit board, Intelex, Printer Logic, Lansweeper, Safecom and a suite of other IT Applications services.

The individual will also be responsible for several enterprise applications both on cloud and on-prem.

The right candidate would be able to work with multiple different stakeholders and be able to collaborate with them to support applications, fulfill services/project requests and maintain commitments to meet their operations SLA.Stakeholders will generally include System Administrators,TechnicalConsultants, Solutions Architects, Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Business users.

We are looking for a self-starter,someone who is data driven, has strong problem-solving and data analytic skills,is results-oriented and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

System-specific operations:

• Participate in root cause analysis, issue management, communication and change management
• Technicalleadership and intake initiatives to completion
• Plan and Implement cloud/on-prem application upgrades related to their supported systems.
• Identify risks and mitigate as necessary, and escalate items to Management, as needed.
• Accountable for the timely delivery of the assigned project tasks as per established project plans
• Create and implement sound solutions.
• Provide SME input to the assigned projects

Operational activities:

• Resolve anytechnicalissues related to their supported applications within defined SLA’s
• Create and maintaintechnicaldocumentation and knowledge articles related to applications i.e. build books, architecture diagrams, and decision trees
• Assist users on work orders and services requests.
• Research/POC on newtechnologyand provide results and recommendation to management.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly health check for supported applications.

Technicalskills/experience/background required:

Looking for an intermediate-level Apps support/admin person who will be supporting smaller on-prem (ie. printer) as well a few cloud (HR/Health & Safety) applications
