Responsibilities

As a Contract and Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the project management team, responsible for overseeing various aspects of project execution and contract management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate project team meetings, compile meeting agendas, attend meetings, and distribute detailed meeting notes.
• Coordinate, assemble, and track contracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Assist in the development of project management documents, including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
• Collect, review, and report weekly timesheets, comparing actual hours to project budgets and analyzing staff utilization rates.
• Establish document control processes, produce project tracking documents, and maintain accurate project records.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Proven experience in project coordination, contract management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
