Service Coordinator Jobs

Our client, a leading home builder in Kanata, ON, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating warranty work for homeowners. Location: Terry Fox Dr and Hazeldean Rd - 100% On Site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8a-5p (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and overall service experience
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and coordinate warranty work requests
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to complete warranty work
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to warranty work and homeowner interactions
• Track and document all warranty work requests and follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely completion of warranty work

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Taron experience is an asset but not required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction, real estate, property management or home building industry
• Knowledge of construction or home building industry is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
