Job Description

Our client, a leading home builder in Kanata, ON, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating warranty work for homeowners. This opportunity requires previous experience in Property Management, Real Estate OR Construction, but is open to candidates with diverse experience within these industries and offers a great opportunities for continued professional development and growth! Location: Terry Fox Dr and Hazeldean Rd - 100% On Site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8a-5p (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and overall service experience
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and coordinate warranty work requests
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to complete warranty work
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to warranty work and homeowner interactions
  • Track and document all warranty work requests and follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure timely completion of warranty work

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Taron experience is an asset but not required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction, real estate, property management or home building industry
  • Knowledge of construction or home building industry is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
