Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm.

Position Status:On-site, full-time, permanent

Benefits:After 90 days of employment

Location: Tofield, AB

Experience/Education/Training:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline or trades background (equivalent of education and experience will also be considered).
• A minimum 3-5 years of multiple project management experience.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Manages the project design and engineering sub-contractors.
• Oversee SOW (Scope of Work) development, review, and implementation of project work scopes to align with project estimates and client requirements .
• Oversee the planning and schedule development, review, and implementation of project schedules to align with project estimates and client requirements to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Support Sales/Estimating team members in developing proposals with cost, schedule and appropriate resources required for effective project execution.
• Owner of the project handover from sales to the Project Team and to the Construction Team once RFM is confirmed.
• Accountable for the financial performance of the projects and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel 8- 10 days per month to different locations.
• Ensure projects are RFM (Ready for Mobilization).
• Own the RFQ (Request for Quote) process for sub-contractor and vendor management pricing.
• Manage multiple projects of various size, locations, and dollar values throughout North America.
• Work collaboratively with the HSE team for the development and implementation of all project HSE standards, safe work plans ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
• Ability to review and or prepare internal and external contractual documents.Review of all client documentation as it pertains to each project ensuring compliance with HSE, QA/QC, schedule, cost and reporting obligations.
• Work collaboratively with the QA/QC team for the development and implementation of all project QA/QC standards, ITPs ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Projects.
