As Project Manager You Will Be Responsible For

• Advising the functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.
• Coordinating with other functions, suppliers, and operation teams to ensure project on-time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions while maximizing revenue, minimizing cost, and optimizing the timing of cash collection.
• Interacting with customers to assure smooth project delivery while handling correspondence, providing regular updates, ensuring scheduling and execution of all assigned projects with customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal stakeholders accordingly.
• Ensuring other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.
• Being responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections.
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Ensuring project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenarios.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management).
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Planning.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have Oracle ERP experience preferably.
