Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à,

• Soutenir la définition et l'amélioration des outils et processus informatiques liés à la consolidation des besoins et à la recherche de solutions
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les services clients Satair et A220 en tant que point d'entrée vers PMR pour comprendre et consolider leurs besoins dans les différents secteurs d'activités
• Recueillir des catalogues de prix pour l'année + 1
• Enrichir et répondre aux besoins des clients internes à l'acheteur stratégique respectif pour l'approvisionnement conformément aux politiques d'approvisionnement PMR
• Renforcer la collaboration et les relations entre les parties prenantes internes et les acheteurs Px
• Surveiller l'ensemble du processus d'approvisionnement, de la qualité des données d'entrée jusqu'à l'exécution des conditions d'approvisionnement acquises, identifier les causes profondes récurrentes et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives si nécessaire

En tant que candidat idéal,

• Vous avez un esprit analytique et une expertise dans le domaine du Big Data - analyse, reporting et traitement
• Vous avez une solide connaissance de G Suite et d'autres applications informatiques clés actuelles (idéalement Skywise, SAP RPR ou SAP ABC, ...)
• Vous avez une première expérience professionnelle dans les Achats, le Service Client ou la Supply Chain
• Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'amélioration et l'harmonisation des méthodes de travail (processus et outils informatiques) combinées à une méthode de résolution de problèmes au sein d'une équipe
• Vous faites preuve d'excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation combinées à une expérience avérée dans la gestion des parties prenantes
• Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe enthousiaste, travaillez en autonomie et avez un état d'esprit orienté client
• Vous êtes à un niveau de négociation en anglais.
• Vous avez un diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, en génie industriel ou l'équivalent

In your duties, you will be called upon to,

• Collect price catalogs for Year+1
• Enrich and address internal customers needs to the respective strategic buyer for sourcing according to PMR sourcing policies
• Monitor the whole sourcing process from quality of input data all the way to execution of acquired sourcing conditions, Identify recurrent root causes and implement corrective actions when required
• Support definition and improvement of IT tools and processes linked to need consolidation and sourcing solutions
• Boost collaboration and relationship between internal stakeholders and Px buyers
• Work closely with Satair and A220 Customer services as an entry point to PMR to understand and consolidate their needs across the different business lines

As the ideal candidate,

• You have a first working experience in Procurement, Customer Service or Supply Chain
• You are at a negotiation level in English.
• You have strong knowledge of G Suite and other current key IT applications (ideally Skywise, SAP RPR or SAP ABC, ...)
• You have experience in improvements and harmonization of ways of working (processes and IT tools) combined with a problem solving way of working within a team
• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial engineering or equivalent
• You have an analytical mind set and expertise in the field of big data - analyzing, reporting and handling
• You show excellent communication and presentation skills combined with a proven experience in stakeholder management
• You are an enthusiastic team player, work in autonomy and have a customer oriented mindset
