We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Ticket Buyer to join our team. As a Junior Ticket Buyer, your primary responsibility will be making cold calls to clients, promoting and selling sports tickets. Your ability to communicate effectively, improvise, and build rapport with potential customers will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients to promote our company and onboard clients
- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with clients professionally and persuasively.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Staying updated on sports events, teams, and relevant industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Providing product information, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or objections raised by clients.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong passion for sports and a good understanding of different sports events and teams.
- Enjoyment and comfort with spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to improvise and adapt during phone conversations to address client needs effectively.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in handling objections and rejections.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
