Clinical Customer Service Specialist – Medical
18-month contract role

In this post-sales support role, you will work with the sales team in the Prairies (30% travel required) to deliver a world-class experience for existing customers through providing value-based clinical education, programs, and technical support as you develop a deep understanding of customer’s needs in order to increase the value delivered going forward.
· Develop strong working relationships with Nurses, MDRD team, and Biomedical engineers to uncover deep customer insights that lead to value-based solutions.
· Provide value-based programs to support the optimized utilization of equipment and minimize repair costs and equipment downtime.
· Deliver continual education, certification training, workflow improvements, and product offerings to improve program efficiency and procedural outcomes.
· Troubleshoot and liaise with HO to rectify any customer experience issues.
· Lead the equipment demo process from installation through clinical use to ensure equipment is performing to specification.
· Identify sales pipeline leads identified through customer conversations or audit process and collaborate with sales team to deliver on opportunities.
· Support sales team with clinical, technical or process expertise in preparation for sales interactions or business reviews.
Qualified candidates must possess a University Degree ideally in Science, Engineering, or Biomedical, along with relevant experience working within a healthcare setting, either within a hospital, clinic, or commercial organization. Exposure to Medical Device Reprocessing Departments (MDRD) or Endoscopy rooms is ideal. Ability to travel is important, including overnight and/or weekends as dictated by the customer and business needs, and extended hours may be required to address emergency service needs. Compensation includes a base salary of $60-70K and performance bonus of $10K at target, plus car allowance and gas card, paid travel expenses, and health benefits.
