Procurement Manager Jobs

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Procurement Manager for a permanent position with its customer in the National Capital Region.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in the National Capital Region.

Key Tasks

• Manage day-to-day activity of procurement team
• Track and report key metrics to reduce costs and improve processes
• Build partnerships with and monitor selected vendors
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
• Source and secure vendors for IT products and services
• Negotiate terms and conditions

Key Qualifications

• BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
• Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) system

Qualifications

• Talented negotiator, decision maker and problem solver
• Experience collecting and analyzing data
• Strong communication and leadership skills
