We are currently looking for a Sourcing Agent (Procurement) for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Support user communications and engagement of purchasing channels and policies.
• Support to guarantee the data quality in our current agreements.
• Initialize, organize, and analyze bids.
• Analyze, source and process non-catalogued purchase requisitions for MRO.
• Actively manage and maintain Outline Agreements.
• Make sure requisitions follow MRO purchasing channels and procurement policies.
• Launch, review, and challenge quotations from our suppliers.
• Assess and capture requirements of internal clients.
• With quality data support, provide feedback to find cost reduction opportunities in the current material catalogues.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Strong problem solver, resourceful personality, analytical capability, and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• The ability to drive “zero harm safety” into the contract and procurement processes.
• A solid understanding of the Purchasing process, and an ability to work as a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SAP experience (procurement/data modules).
• Strong verbal/written communication skills (French and English).
• Ability to work on different KPI’s without jeopardizing our internal client focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or 2-3 years sourcing or procurement experience.
• Multitasking, self-starter, and team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and process driven mindset.
• Strong and proven procurement negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, systematic, very detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Enthusiastic customer service oriented.
