Procurement - Sourcing Specialist

Reporting to the Sourcing Specialist MRO, you will:

• Analyze, source and process non-catalogued purchase requisitions for MRO

• Make sure requisitions follow MRO purchasing channels and procurement policies

• Launch, review and challenge quotations from our suppliers

• Initialize, organize and analyze bids

• Assess and capture requirements of internal clients

• Actively manage and maintain Outline Agreements

• Support to guarantee the data quality in our current agreements

• With quality data support, provide feedback to find cost reduction opportunities in the current material catalogues

• Support user communications and engagement of purchasing channels and policies

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have/be:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or 2-3 years sourcing or procurement experience

• Strong and proven procurement negotiation abilities

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SAP experience (procurement/data modules)

• Enthusiastic customer service oriented

• Highly organized, systematic, very detail-oriented and continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to work on different KPI’s without jeopardizing our internal client focus

• Strong problem solver, resourceful personality, analytical capability and strategic thinking

• A solid understanding of the Purchasing process, and an ability to work as a team

• The ability to drive “zero harm safety” into the contract and procurement processes
