Position: Customer service coordinator
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Brossard
Area: rental of construction tools
Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities
As part of the position, you will have to perform the following tasks:

• Billing management
• Process rental requests
• Perform after-sales service to customers
• Perform rental contracts according to company procedures
• Answering calls and managing emails
• All other related tasks

Qualifications
To apply for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar field
• Bilingualism required, both oral and written
• Be a dynamic, organized, versatile person who has good stress management
• Be comfortable with the Office suite and IT in general
