Job Title: Import Coordinator

We are looking for Import Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Production Coordinator will be fully responsible for communicating on all aspects of production, following up with vendors concerning delivery timetables, and managing the critical path. Members of the department work closely with the suppliers on a daily basis and act as a liaison between the suppliers, the Merchandising teams, Licensing department and Sales.
Responsibilities and main tasks
• Responsible for daily supplier communication
• Track and update the Critical Path including ensuring on-time delivery.
• Verify lab dips and strike-offs. Work closely with Merchandising and Licensing team on approval submissions, providing comments and suggestions.
• Ensure that orders are respecting Customer Quality Standards & Guidelines
• Prepare Packages for Overseas Vendors and Customers
• Maintain Strong Vendor Relationships

• Normal work week: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
• Location: Ville Saint-Laurent

Education and Experience Required:
• 2-3 years of experience in similar positions
• Knowledgeable on aspects of garment construction
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
