Salary : 50 000$-65 000$/year


: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator/Dispatch to join our dynamic operations team.


The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong administrative skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers' service requirements, ensuring prompt and professional communication.


  • Manage and prioritize service calls from customers in the Quebec region to ensure timely responses and resolutions.


  • Collaborate with the technical supervisor to coordinate schedules for installers and service technicians, optimizing efficiency.


  • Facilitate the coordination and pick-up of inventory required by technicians to complete service calls.


  • Organize parts and supporting documents for service calls, updating electronic files accurately.


  • Efficiently manage and track invoices and service calls using the Maestro system. Confirm receipt of work orders following service completion, ensuring all tasks are properly documented. Address and follow up on outstanding service issues with subcontractors as needed.


  • Provide vital administrative support to the Technical Supervisor, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism.


  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring error-free communication and record-keeping.


  • Highly effective organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and administrative tasks efficiently.


  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, maintaining composure under pressure.


  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite to handle data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Knowledge of Maestro or similar service management software is considered an asset.
