Job Description
Are you passionate about account management and love to solve problems? Are you bilingual and would like to start a new position soon? Are you passionate about the automotive industry?
We have the perfect position for you. This automotive company has operations across Canada and is constantly expanding. We are looking for an account manager advisor to meet the high demand. Reporting to the department manager, here are some of the tasks you will have to do for this permanent position located in Pointe-Claire:
Position: Account Manager
Salary: 45K to 50K / year
Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekday schedule) in office
Location: Pointe-Claire

Responsibilities
  • Be in charge of providing answers to members' questions
  • Establish the link between members and suppliers
  • Other related customer service tasks
  • Evaluate possible business opportunities
  • Ensure that a large flow of incoming calls from different dealerships in Canada is answered
  • Work closely with the manager and team members
  • Accompany members in their use of the service and find the right products for their needs
  • Create quotes on demand
Qualifications
  • Have good time management, be well organized and be a proactive person
  • Be comfortable with the office suite and computer tools
  • Be fully bilingual in both French and English
  • Good telephone manner, good interpersonal skills and good customer service
