We are now looking for a reliable and motivated DISPATCH/ LINE HAUL COORDINATOR to join this venture to ensure the quality and efficacity of our network.

What will your day look like?

• Operational conflict resolution throughout the network
• Data Entry create and handle shipping documents
• Manage the inbound outbound traffic at the station docks
• Track and Trace, communicate updates
• Research and prepare submissions for new transport suppliers’ partnerships
• Establish strong communication and partnership with the distributors and the sorting stations
• Participate in the network’s growth and improvements
• With the support team, analyses the networks’ productivity costs and benefits
• Liaison between carriers and Intelcom staff
• Monitor/Schedule the connections between the distributors and sorting station
• Monitor/Schedule the pick-ups from our clients with our distributors

What to you need to be successful?

• Excellent knowledge of Canada’s road network
• Capacity to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• At least 3 years’ experience in a fast pace environment, ideally in transport and logistics and 3PL
• Demonstrated knowledge and extensive understanding of short and long-distance transport industry
• Recognized for your sense of organization and ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated leadership experience

1st shift - 4 days a week (10 hrs. per day) 5am to 4pm - Sunday to Wednesday
2nd shift - 4 days a week (10hrs per day) 5am to 4pm - Wednesday to Saturday
