Sales Coordinator, Rjs (Contract)

The Sales Coordinator provides coordination and support to the Sales team (National Strategic Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, Field Sales, and Inside Sales). Provide various administrative tasks such as, special programs, meeting planning and customer communication.

What You Will Be Doing

Administrative / Executive Assistant

• Speakeasy Content Uploads with National Strategic Sales Manager and Brand Manager
• Regional Sales Meeting deck creation with sales team and cross functional supports
• Annual Customer account letter creation with Sales Supervisor
• National communications on behalf of National Strategic Sales Manager
• Event Coordination - Sales meetings, monthly team conference calls, wine tastings, etc.

Sales Team Support

• Send samples to customers and internal partners
• Website updates of customers – bottle shots, product descriptions, etc.
• Monthly creation and distribution of communication with retail customer base of all sales and marketing activities (eblast, Facebook, Connect)
• Customer support - correspondence on behalf of team members, when requested: i.e. sending tasting notes/images/label change notifications etc. to customers
• Sell sheet/Image sheet/Price lists/Out of Stocks – production, distribution for team members, and upload for customers
• Management of retail customer distribution list (i.e. adding/removing retailers from distribution list as needed)

Marketing/Trade Marketing Coordinator

• Monitoring and response of customer Facebook page
• Management of Craft & Cork blog
• POS – tracking, distribution and coordination with Brand Manager
• Distributing promotional calendar to customers
• Managing monthly social media campaigns with external partner, updating discal marketing/sales calendars with Brand Manager
• Tracking Marketing budget invoices with Brand Manager
• Ideation and creation of retail merchandising elements
• Team calls - coordination, participation, note taking, owner of spreadsheet with discussion items, complete resulting action items.
• Communicating programs, changes, and new product set up information to key customers, including sharing assets, images, videos etc. with Brand Manager

What You Bring

• Beverage Alcohol or Consumer Package Goods experience an asset
• College Diploma or University Degree
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• WSET level 2 or equivalent an asset
• 1-2 year in a similar coordination type role ideally a sales support experience
