Receptionist- North Bay
Do you come from Reception experience and are looking for your next opportunity with a corporate office within the Financial Sector? Are you looking for a contract opportunity that offers daytime hours between Monday and Friday? Then we would love to hear from you! We are currently hiring for a 5-day contract Receptionist role in North Bay. This opportunity has the potential to be extended based on circumstances. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors and guiding them to their appointment rooms as well as managing the visitor logs.

Advantages

Responsibilities

• Receive all mail and courier packages at the front desk
• Update consultants and team members on visitors arriving on site
• Keeping the front office area in a clean and tidy condition
• Welcome guests as they arrive and update the visitor log as needed
• Assist with any administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• Organizational and ability to take accurate notes will be required in this role.
• Ability to keep busy in a slower paced environment
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to work well independently as well as with others
• Past experience in a reception or office administration role is a strong asset in this position
