Yonge Cummer Rehabilitation Clinic, a multidisciplinary clinic in the Yonge and Finch area, is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team as a receptionist/admin coordinator. Our clinic offers Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Orthotics services.
We are a young, fun, energetic team, committed to providing excellent patient care. We are looking for a candidate who is caring, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be available for 12-8pm and Saturday mornings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and friendly manner
- Troubleshoot/report concerns and issues related to the clinic
- Maintain general cleanliness of the clinic
- Stock supplies and linens
- Call back patients for retention
- Knowledge of HCAI, Telus Billing, WSIB procedures
- Book appointments, check patients in/out, issue invoices and receipts using Jane
Qualifications:
- Experience with computer systems, spreadsheets, and word
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Experience with Outlook
- Experience with using EMR (Jane) and knowledge insurance companies is preferred
- Self-starter and motivated
- Fluent in Farsi preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem solver and fast learner
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- 1-2 years of administrative/receptionist experience
- Punctual and responsible
