RECRUITMENTiQ are delighted to be working with a School based in Winchester, and they are seeking a friendly individual to the role of Part Time School Receptionist providing professional support to the School. The post holder will often be the first point of contact with visitors, staff and pupils and will be experienced in providing high-quality administrative assistance.Applicants will be experienced in handling telephone calls and welcoming visitors and will be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, having used Microsoft Office products and Management Information Systems. Experience of ISAMS Management Information System will be an advantage.Successful candidates will have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and will pay excellent attention to detail. Previous experience within a school is desirable but not essential.This role is working during School Term-Time, plus a small number of days during the School holidays.Working hours: Monday 07.45am-6.15pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 07.45am-12.45pm and 12.45-6.15pm on a WednesdayThe School is a successful co-educational, independent day and flexi-boarding school for pupils aged from 2 years to 13 years.
