Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable

Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following

Attendance and timeliness are essential functions of this position

Wash semi-trucks and the occasional trailer

Label and put away parts

Pick up parts from various vendors

Complies with all company safety policies, including use of protective equipment and Fit for Work

Minimum of a G class Ontario driver's licence, preference for upgraded commercial licence or experience driving larger vehicles an asset

Knowledge of proper use of Wash Bay equipment and appliances considered an asset

Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components an asset

Available to work Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00am

Taking all vehicle inventory photographs

Assisting with the loading, testing, and servicing of a vast equipment line that includes bobcats, loaders, generators, man-lifts, etc.

Assisting customers load and unload their rentals

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the yard and equipment

Notifying Supervisor of any equipment defects

At least 3 years of previous leadership experience and sound decision-making abilities.

At least 3 years of previous experience within a pulp and paper environment is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills including an ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced and structured environment.

Strong communication skills with excellent strategic thinking skills.

Proficient analytical skills required as well as a strong computer skills.
