- Proactively assist with passive and active recruitment efforts
- Manage to monthly, quarterly, and annual inbound demand pipeline targets
- Develop and execute the Fiix Software outbound pipeline generation strategy
- Help drive continuous improvement in the Sales/Business Development practice at Fiix and Rockwell Automation
- Collaborate with peers in Sales, Customer Success and Marketing
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to create a high-performing culture where individuals can grow their careers as well as contribute to the company's success
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of overall sales experience working with high growth B2B software organizations
- Strong organizational skills and highly analytical
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM infrastructure, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong and other sales tools
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Strong understanding of relevant sales methodologies and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- 2+ years of business development experience working with both an inbound and outbound sales process
- 3+ years of progressive quota carrying experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets in the B2B software space
- Ability to monitor and assess progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve target outcomes
