- Regularly meet with sales managers to gain insights into additional training requirements and methods across the sales organization
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Training team. Create and implement internal processes to make sure that team members are operating efficiently and can meet deadlines and goals. Proactively remove obstacles and solve any problems that can prevent the team from reaching their stated goals
- Own people management tasks for direct reports including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, career development ,and performance management
- Identify training and skill development opportunities for direct reports. Provide consistent coaching through 1-1s and project status reviews
- Proactively lead the development of and maintenance of sales training resources that reinforce our internal sales playbooks along with world-class sales techniques best practices
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in industry leading sales methodologies and sales process best practices
- Minimum three (3) years managing a Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Training team
- Minimum eight (8) years experience working as a sales professional in a SaaS or a comparable B2B organization (preferably as an Account Executive and/or Account Manager)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, product, communications, organizational development, education, etc. is an asset
- A passion for coaching, motivating, and mentoring others
- Strong communications, collaboration, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts / video scripts and experience with video creation is an asset
- Sales experience in the CMMS industry, B2B SaaS startup, and/or growth stage company is an asset
- Additional certifications in training is an asset
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talented and driven individuals

- Vous êtes responsable du développement et de la mise à jour des ressources de formation à la vente qui renforcent nos manuels de vente internes ainsi que les meilleures pratiques en matière de techniques de vente de classe mondiale
- Identifier les opportunités de formation et de développement des compétences pour les collaborateurs directs. Vous êtes en charge de la gestion des ressources humaines, notamment de l'embauche, de l'intégration et de l'évolution des carrières, ainsi que de la gestion des performances
- Vous avez une connaissance et une expérience avérées des méthodologies de vente et des meilleures pratiques en matière de processus de vente
- Au moins huit (8) ans d'expérience en tant que professionnel de la vente dans une organisation SaaS ou une organisation B2B comparable (de préférence en tant que responsable de compte et/ou gestionnaire de compte)
- Une expérience de la vente dans le secteur de la GMAO, dans une startup SaaS B2B et/ou dans une entreprise en phase de croissance est un atout
- Des certifications supplémentaires dans le domaine de la formation sont un atout
- Une passion pour le coaching, la motivation et le mentorat
- Une capacité démontrée à rédiger des textes efficaces, des textes pédagogiques, des scripts audio et vidéo et une expérience dans la création de vidéos est un atout
- Solides compétences en matière de communication, de collaboration et de gestion de projet
- Vous avez au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe de formation à la vente de logiciels en tant que service (SaaS)
- Une expérience démontrée dans le recrutement, l'embauche et le développement d'individus talentueux et motivés
- Une licence dans un domaine connexe, tel que le commerce, le marketing, les produits, la communication, le développement organisationnel, l'éducation, etc. est un atout
