As a Senior Enablement Manager at SADA, you will be responsible for equipping our Customer Growth Organization (CGO) roles with the knowledge and skills for successful business outcomes. This position will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration across CGO, as well as with stakeholders in Services, Marketing and People Ops. Promote key initiatives for global enablement. These include enablement communications, communications strategies, and cross-enablement processes and programs; as well as drafting key messaging, presentations, talk tracks, FAQs, and other materials.

Support operational meetings and company-wide Enablement experiences including All Hands Calls, Quarterly Business Reviews, Town Halls and other communication events. Ensure messaging is aligned, consistent, and strategic across all communications.

Have outstanding interpersonal skills, project management skills, and writing skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects, and work comfortably with senior leadership.

Your super-power will be a proven track record of enablement combined with strong communication skills! You will leverage your many skills to achieve growth, performance, customer outcomes and business impact for long-term success for Google and SADA's customers.
