We’re looking for our next Manager, Digital Enablement & Capabilities. Could It Be You?


Questrade is looking for a leader and strategist who can successfully lead the development of the Adobe Experience Cloud integration strategy and roadmap and deliver a future-proof solution that can help Questrade navigate the cookie-less world.


The individual is passionate and self-motivated to lead audience strategy, personalization, and activation, and support Digital Media team, Questrade.com (Q.com) team and the broad marketing team to create compelling digital experiences tailored to specific audiences, and with business-oriented mindset to drive lead acquisition and improve digital marketing efficacy.


With a well-rounded knowledge base in both business and technology, the Manager is expected to collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders from the business, technology teams, and data architects on shaping the future growth strategy of Questrade.


What’s it like working as Manager, Digital Enablement & Capabilities at Questrade?


As a Manager of Digital Enablement & Capabilities (Marketing), the person will be responsible for formulating the strategy including the development of strategic business use cases, leading the team in producing and communicating the strategy, prioritization, execution, and continued evolution of digital transformation using Adobe Experience Cloud, with the objective of driving business growth through lead and customer acquisition in digital channels.


The individual will be responsible for coordinating cross-team collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders. The person must be able to understand the business requirements and use cases, identify the required integration, translate it into implementable technical solutions with the assistance of technology teams, and oversee the execution. After the solution is properly implemented, the lead will supervise their team to oversee the building of audience strategy, personalization, and activation of use cases.


It is expected that the Manager will be building and leading a team to execute on the strategies and deliver solutions that are able to support program operations. Performing the duties of a people manager is expected.

Core Personal Responsibilities


  • Develop the strategy for future integration to help accelerate our digital experience initiatives
  • Lead the integration strategy and roadmap development for AEC
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop the audience strategy with the support from customer analytics team; and oversee the creation and activation of audiences
  • 45% of objectives are focused on developing, communicating, and implementing activation and/or measurement use cases, which include:
  • Work with cross-functional teams for use case prioritization
  • 25% focus on team management and development:
  • Build strong relationships to achieve shared outcomes with various functions across the organization
  • Coordinate with both internal and external partners and drive to meet project completion dates
  • Speak on behalf of Digital Acquisition team and broadly Marketing department during all product and technology meetings relevant to digital experience roadmap initiatives
  • Partner with various internal teams (digital, business, technology, customer analytics, etc.) and external partners to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice to continually assess and improve on the strategic direction and execution
  • 30% focus on cross-team collaboration, program management, and coordination to deliver:
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team

  • Work with technology teams to establish data integration strategy and ensure proper and accurate data available for performance measurement and audience creation

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees in all levels across the organization
  • Experience in implementing new processes or technologies that are designed to optimize customer experience, media optimization, or advance data & analytics
  • Have strong interpersonal skills such as effective listening, empathy and patience to lead the team
  • Ability to translate business requirements and success criteria into data requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CDPs
  • Experience in strategic planning and roadmap development
  • Passionate about using data-driven insights to seek continuous improvement
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently
  • Strong presentation skills across a wide range of channels
  • Working experience with customer profiling data
  • Ability to quickly understand business and technical context in a fast-paced environment


Additional Kudos If You Have…


  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), BI tools (i.e., Power BI) and GCP
  • Experience in Finance Service industry
  • Experience working with Agile methodology development
  • Experience in web/digital analytics or digital marketing
  • Understanding of web analytics tracking and proficiency in analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience in project management
  • Working experience with CDP
