Core Responsibilities As a Team’s Manager

Proven experience delivering dynamic growth plans, creative solutions to challenging situations and can manage multiple priorities effectively

Take on ad-hoc Pan-Newell projects in developing frameworks that benefit from one way of operating requiring one singular infrastructure build

3+ years of relevant experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and/or in an eCommerce, Omnichannel function

Experience with EDI integration, CommerceHub and retailer platforms considered an asset

Digital marketing/content implantation or user experience (Syndication, PIM, DAM, etc.)

Act as a lynch pin between Sales, Segments and eCommerce/Digital Capability teams

Strong relationship management skills, with proven experience interacting with a diverse group of technical and non-technical teams

3+ years experience in business development or program management

Experience working with analytics and making data informed decisions

Experience with data pipelines and tooling infrastructure such as Salesforce

The ability to define and prioritize initiatives while working cross-functionally, and manage complex stakeholder relationships

Strong knowledge of the ecommerce landscape as well as Shopify's partner ecosystem

• 3+ years’ experience in program/project management and building decks/presenting material to senior leaders

• Operational improvements on areas that needs attention – i.e. release management cycles, Contingent workforce program etc.

- emphasis on presentation skills and ability to communicate with leadership

• Strong experience building slide decks in PowerPoint and experience manipulating data in Excel (VLookups, etc.)

• Experience in an Agile environment

• Experience with Visio, Access, Power BI, etc. are strong assets

Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management
