Who are we looking for?
The successful should have excellent creativity, communication, interpersonal and relevant technical skills. They should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, an aptitude/passion for insurance and technology, and the ability to generate new leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a sales focus, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and a competitive drive to succeed.
Reporting to the Head of Inside Sales you will be responsible for managing and overseeing digital sales enablement campaigns and capabilities. Managing a consumer leads program and looking for ways to align client and advisor needs with our innovative technology, product and service solutions, with significant experience in data analysis and reporting capabilities.
The Digital Lead Generation and Sales Enablement Specialist, is accountable for:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital lead generation strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Supporting call flow analysis to better direct call traffic to appropriate roles within the sales team
  • Analyze and report on digital lead performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Work collaboratively with sales, product, marketing and other teams to create collateral and messaging that aligns with company’s messaging and other digital channels
  • Working closely with the IIC Analytics team to maintain advisor profiles and data to ensure proper tracking and targeting of leads.
  • Create digital assets including slide decks, emails, content, etc.
  • Create and implement digital lead generation campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and leads to our sales team
Skills Required
  • Experience in working in CRMs (preferably Salesforce), and enterprise-level campaign automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing, Adobe Campaign, etc.
  • Ability to react quickly to marketplace changes/disruptors
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Experience working with automation platforms
  • Excellent collaborator
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop and implement a sales plan/strategy
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and other digital marketing channels
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of financial services experience, sales support or sales management
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketing Cloud
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Preference of bilingualism (French/English/Mandarin)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including expertise using Excel
  • 4+ years in Sales or digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation and brand awareness

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Toronto, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$58,650.00 CAD - $97,750.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
