Job Description
FutureSight is a venture studio that co-creates and funds B2B SaaS companies with values-driven leaders. By working alongside a proven and diverse team, we minimize entrepreneurial risk and increase the likelihood of startup success by 2-3x.We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. You will help us find leads and early adopters for our start-ups by experimenting and iterating on position messaging and acquisition channels.


This is the perfect role for you if you live and breathe books like ‘Lean Start-Up,’ ‘Traction’ and ‘This is Marketing.’


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Own email and LinkedIn marketing strategy to activate, engage and drive conversion to qualification and booked calls
  • Build, execute and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns for all funnel stages, with early focus on top-of-funnel activities
  • Manage our CRM (Hubspot) and perform data hygiene
  • Refine our positioning and sales enablement content
  • Experience in cold-calling leads
  • Develop hypotheses and experiments to increase outbound generated leads


Requirements


  • Big picture thinking and attention to detail – Ability to quickly understand overall business objectives
  • Ambitious, with a desire to expand experiences to grow and learn
  • 2+ years of B2B experience within a lead generation function
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing multichannel lead-generation campaigns and programs
  • Able to own growth projects
  • Create well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
  • Clear communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Able to manage outbound BDRs either in-house or through an agency by building and monitoring activity dashboards, funnel conversion metrics and auditing call logs
  • Strong technical skills with web, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • You have demonstrated significant measurable results and working knowledge of other lead or demand generation tasks for which you may have yet to be responsible
  • Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for digital and lead-generation marketing
