About the role: Marketing & Demand Generation Manager


As the first marketer on the team, this person will build the foundation of the marketing function and demand generation efforts to drive customer engagement and revenue.


  • Strategic development: & Roadmapping: Build a multi-channel marketing engine with defined milestones and initiatives to drive customer engagement and new acquisition
  • The overarching goal will be to lead the marketing efforts for investment opportunities and build a funnel of high-quality potential software companies to acquire under their umbrella
  • Reporting: Create systems and processes for a reporting system that allows marketing activities to be measured & tracked
  • Validate and improve messaging by conducting research on competitors to ensure brand positioning
  • Consistently analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  • Note: this role is a hybrid role that will require you to work out of an office in downtown Toronto 2x per week
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content that effectively educates prospects and generates interest using ABM strategy and execute recurring marketing campaigns
  • Manage and make recommendations for website optimization that improves conversion rates and capture leads
  • Responsible for owning and building the marketing function and demand generation engine for the M&A business unit that will support an 8+ person enterprise sales team

  • Demonstrated success in executing and running multi-channel ABM marketing campaigns
  • 3 years of B2B SaaS Marketing & Demand Generation experience
