Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Intern to join our Operations team! In this role, you'll be working with our Outbound Lead Generation Coordinator to conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, create messaging for those audiences, and source employer matches for our niche courses.

This internship will take place from September 5, 2023 to December 15, 2023.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize lead generation tools and platforms to generate quality leads
• Conduct employer research and identify potential target markets and customer segments for lead-generation initiatives
• Source employer matches for niche courses
• Assist in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies, campaigns, and email messaging to drive employer acquisition

• Currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain concepts clearly both in writing and speech
• A desire and willingness to learn - we don't expect you to tick all the boxes; however, you should be curious and ready to take on anything thrown your way
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines
• Detail-oriented, creative, and strong analytical skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience using HubSpot and Growbots
• Knowledge of market research techniques
