Previous HR Generalist experience with an emphasis on employee relations.

Advance the research of numerical algorithms in electromagnetics and high-performance computational software.

Develop prototypes or test new solution strategies or algorithms.

Work alongside research engineers during the design, implementation, and verification process.

Basic budget management skills to track spending on sponsorships, events, and marketing material.
