Your Impact & Responsibilities
You will support the education and best practice sharing as well as drive change management for sales tools/processes and sales solutions for the Americas field organization. You will either be the subject matter expert, work with appropriate Check Point SME’s or external vendors to create and deliver consistent trainings and drive change management practice as well as track and report on outcomes of such efforts. Initiatives across the Check Point sales organization in Americas – Sales solutions, Field adoption of new tools/processes and sales methodology adoption. You must have a passion for enablement, a creative and ambitious drive and a love for helping our sellers over achieve their goals.
  • Develop a network across different sales organizations in similar companies to identify the best practices and adapt them to Check Point needs.
  • Improve Seller’s understanding of Sales methodology, Buyer Journey and Sales Cycle by developing and executing sales trainings and adoption – resulting in tangible business outcomes.
  • Be responsible for field adoption of new tools and processes and sales skills. Build and report on KPI’s – work closely with sales leadership for feedback and track meeting of said KPI’s.
  • Regularly gather field’s input of their needs, work with sales leadership to ensure buyoff and adoption of education efforts.
  • Have experience in rolling out MEDDICC adoption to a large group of enterprise sales roles and management.
  • Create sales content to support sales programs and campaign initiatives.
Your Knowledge & Skills
  • Critical thinking, the desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • 3+ years of sales enablement or sales training.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Remote - US and Canada.
  • Skill to derive business insights from data and business results.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
  • Proficiency to work independently with tight integration with international teams under tight deadlines.
  • Experience developing sales content from Marketing materials to support sales campaigns.
  • Experienced in change management and project management.
  • Proven experience and thorough knowledge of sales skills, tools such as sfdc and Clari and processes.
  • Experience with cross-functional departments such as Product Marketing and Sales Operations to drive coordination.
  • Experience engaging and communicating with sales executives.
  • MEDDICC certified.
