As the Sales Enablement Manager at SysAid, you’ll have a crucial role in empowering sales leaders and representatives to reach new heights of growth and achievement. You will be the builder of a completely re-invigorated sales enablement program at SysAid and by working collaboratively and leveraging data-driven strategies, you will have the opportunity to unlock unprecedented levels of success for the entire team.
Responsibilities:
Sales Training and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with sales leaders to implement sales training/onboarding and introduce industry best practices where applicable.
- Develop material for sales readiness regarding new product launches.
- Facilitate workshops to equip sales reps with the necessary skills to find success.
- Proactively produce materials and playbooks for effective selling strategies and coordinate with sales leaders to administer the material.
Sales Content Development:
- Develop persuasive sales messaging aligned with customer needs.
- Lead material development for sales events, such as sales kick-off and quarterly sales meetings among other events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to produce relevant sales materials.
- Maintain and build a centralized repository of sales content.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Own sales career path readiness and development.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Develop sales process documentation and best practices.
Sales Technology Enablement:
- Stay up-to-date with emerging sales enablement technologies.
- Assess sales technology needs and recommend tools.
- Provide training on sales technology platforms and CRM systems.
Performance Measurement and Analysis:
- Establish KPIs to measure sales enablement success.
- Develop regular reports for data-driven decisions.
- Track sales rep effectiveness metrics.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and productivity software.
- 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development. This includes a minimum of 3 years of experience in direct-to-market, B2B, and tech sales as an individual contributor.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Previous experience in an SDR or BDR role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proven track record in building, designing, and iterating on a sales enablement program
