This will be a hybrid role.

What you'll do


  • Orchestrate internal communications to sales to ensure sales readiness at all times
  • Maintain a high quality standard for all internal sales content and create relevant documentation to support the sales process, methodology and tools adoption
  • Collaborate with internal experts and sales coaches to enable the mastering of Pigment sales methodology and the development of relevant soft skills
  • Use data and the sales leadership feedbacks to identify needs and opportunities in our sales enablement programs
  • Co-Design sales process with Revenue leader and train revenue team to reach maximum adoption and productivity
  • Own sales content platforms and sales enablement tools
  • Coordinate product training with the support of the product management and the product marketing teams
  • Evaluate sales enablement programs successes. Propose improvements and corrective measures when necessary


Who you are


  • You speak English fluently, French is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales related role
  • Experience in the technology / SaaS industry
  • Experience in creating high quality content and managing training
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Required experience working with sales tools (sales automation, CRM...) - experience working with Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong and/or Hubspot is a plus
  • Knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations position
