- Identify training and skill development opportunities for direct reports. Provide consistent coaching through 1-1s and project status reviews
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Enablement team. Create and implement internal processes to make sure that team members are operating efficiently and can meet deadlines and goals. Proactively remove obstacles and solve any problems that can prevent the team from reaching their stated goals
- Own people management tasks for direct reports including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, career development ,and performance management
- Proactively collaborate with Product Marketing to educate sales team members on new product releases, product and competitive messaging, partnership initiatives, etc
- Proactively lead the development of sales enablement and sales training resources (e.g., sales playbooks, competitive intelligence, sales meeting deck development, sales tech stack training, etc.)
- Strong working proficiency in industry leading sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Scratchpad, Outreach, Zoominfo, Chorus, Gong, Chili Piper, LeanData, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sales methodologies and sales processes
- A passion for coaching, motivating, and mentoring others
- Minimum three (3) years managing a Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Enablement team
- Strong communications, collaboration, and project management skills
- Minimum eight (8) years experience working as a sales professional in a SaaS or a comparable B2B organization (preferably as an Account Executive and/or Account Manager)
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talented and driven individuals
- Sales experience in the CMMS industry, B2B SaaS startup, and/or growth stage company is an asset
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, product, communications, organizational development, education, etc. is an asset

- Prendre en charge les tâches de gestion du personnel pour les subordonnés directs, y compris l'embauche, l'intégration, la désinsertion, le développement de carrière et la gestion des performances
- Identifier les opportunités de formation et de développement des compétences pour les collaborateurs directs. Il est en mesure de fournir un coaching cohérent par le biais d'entretiens individuels et d'examens de l'état d'avancement des projets
- Il collabore de manière proactive avec le marketing produit pour former les membres de l'équipe commerciale aux nouvelles versions des produits, aux messages sur les produits et la concurrence, aux initiatives de partenariat, etc
- Vous êtes responsable du développement des ressources d'aide à la vente et de formation à la vente (par exemple, les playbooks de vente, la veille concurrentielle, le développement des réunions de vente, la formation à la technologie de vente, etc.)
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en matière de communication, de collaboration et de gestion de projet
- Une licence dans un domaine connexe, tel que le commerce, le marketing, les produits, la communication, le développement organisationnel, l'éducation, etc. est un atout
- Connaissance et expérience démontrées des méthodologies et des processus de vente
- Une passion pour le coaching, la motivation et le mentorat
- Une grande maîtrise des outils de vente de pointe (par exemple Salesforce, Scratchpad, Outreach, Zoominfo, Chorus, Gong, Chili Piper, LeanData, etc.)
- Vous avez au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe de vente de logiciels en tant que service (SaaS)
- Une expérience de la vente dans le secteur de la GMAO, dans une startup SaaS B2B et/ou dans une entreprise en phase de croissance est un atout
- Au moins huit (8) ans d'expérience en tant que professionnel de la vente dans une organisation SaaS ou une organisation B2B comparable (de préférence en tant que responsable de compte et/ou gestionnaire de compte)
- Vous avez une expérience avérée du recrutement, de l'embauche et du développement de personnes talentueuses et motivées
