Solution Architect - HR Capabilities At a Glance
Kraft Heinz is currently hiring a Solution Architect to join the IT North America team.
As the Solution Architect- HR Capabilities- you will proactively lead architecture activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of business solutions. You will provides the necessary leadership- analysis and design related activities to support the development of technology solutions- ensuring those solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. HR capabilities include Learning & Development- Payroll- Time & Attendance- Talent Management- Rewards & Performance Management. Critical technologies include Workday- Kronos & Microsoft Azure.
What's on the menu?

• Translate business & technical requirements- documenting solution architecture design & analysis.
• Monitor the solution portfolio to identify deficiencies (aging & functional fit).
• Work closely with product owner & platform mangers to ensure a robust architectural runway.
• Provide deliverables like standard definitions- reference models and architecture designs
• Define the principles- guidelines- standards- and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision
• Consult with project- platform and product teams to fit solutions to architecture- identifying when it is necessary to modify designs.
• Lead evaluation- design and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture.
• Work closely with the project- platform & product teams to ensure execution corresponds with the expected design & Enterprise Architecture.

• I have experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines- including technical or infrastructure architecture- network management- application development- middleware- database management or cloud development.
• I am a tech enthusiast with an infectious passion for technology.
• I have experience developing architecture blueprints- strategies- roadmaps & runways.
• I have a good understanding of product management- agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities- impact- and risks- taking account of technical and architectural debt.
• I have experience delivering presentations to senior-level non-tech executives and technical audiences
