Allied Universal® is hiring a Service Delivery Manager. Airports are gateways to the world and our Allied Universal team is leading the way. Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Technical Analyst ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions with a focus on Microsoft cloud-based systems. The IT Technical Analyst will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve issues to maximize the benefits of IT systems investments. This position is based at the Vancouver International Airport, Richmond, BC.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Those duties are necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

• Capacity to adjust to change, work pressures, or difficult situations without undue stress.
• Some travel to regional airports may be required, less than 5%.
• Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Manager IT.
• Ensure that electrical safety procedures are observed in our offices.
• Maintain Aviation owned desktops / laptops at 21 Airports.
• Ability to present to small groups and communicate effectively.
• Provide 2 nd level support for all Aviation applications and systems.
• The ability to measure effectiveness of software systems.

Experience And Skills

• A strong track record of effective team and customer relationship management with a focus on teamwork and respect
• Must possess a hands-on approach to solving technical problems.
• Innovative thinking.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of progressive responsibility in IT related positions in a service environment
• Must be eligible to attain and maintain the appropriate level of Federal and Transport Canada security clearance.
• Expert Level skills with Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to communicate and lead effectively at a professional level.
• Ability to self-manage workload.
• Attention to detail as well as an ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• A passion for continuous learning and a strong work ethic.
• Expert Level skills with Android devices
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Bilingual in English and French
• Exposure to HTML, JavaScript and .NET programming languages is desirable.
• Experience administering and assisting in the development of policies and training programs.
• Ability to train users in office software programs such as Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• College Certificate or a combination of relevant experience and education

• Lifting, pulling, or pushing Computer Equipment up to 20 kilograms.
• Bending, squatting, crouching, or kneeling.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods of time .
• Walking in the airport without assistance.
