Job Description

As a Training Success Specialist supporting Prosci’s portfolio of training programs, you will partner with Instructors to ensure a positive participant experience. You will be responsible for meeting individual participant needs, and facilitation of virtual delivery platforms and problem-solving program issues on the fly to keep the program flowing smoothly and on schedule.


In addition to program support, you act as a subject matter expert by answering questions, exploring available product options, and providing guidance to customers within Prosci’s suite of solutions


This role requires a passion for continuous learning, facilitation, and building client relationships for change success. The ideal candidate is fluent in French, change and service oriented, highly organized, with technical and interpersonal skills.


Training Success Specialists responsibilities are primarily focused on program support, including:


Program Support

  • Remain aware of personal work schedule and complete required logistic requirements for program success in a timely manner, working with Master Instructor as applicable
  • Participate in Prosci taught programs with instructor and participants as a support resource
  • Technical savvy, ability to learn and leverage multiple online learning platforms effectively
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with clients

Managing Client Experience

  • Address participant needs as they arise
  • Capture participant data from classroom activities and provide formal write-up to clients as a follow-up activity (as applicable)
  • Effectively lead all Training Success Specialist assigned in-class activities, confident speaking publicly
  • Able to manage competing priorities (i.e. participant needs, instructor needs, technical issues)
  • Provide support to program participants to ensure they understand how to use Prosci tools
  • Remain attentive as the classroom assistant to help answer questions and distribute relevant handouts in a timely manner

Technical Troubleshooting

  • Respond in a timely manner to customer requests
  • Proactively engage with participants to help them identify additional Prosci offerings with the support of a Prosci Client Solutions Manager that may be appropriate depending on their unique situation/needs

Project Coordination

  • Support internal delivery project needs (as applicable)


Candidate Profile

Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies:

  • Proficiently utilizes Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Competent at multitasking
  • Basic ability to navigate Salesforce to access participant information and supporting resources for training programs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate or lead group activities
  • 1-2 years of career experience in customer service or support or similar type customer facing roles
  • Able to support programs on a multitude of platforms including but not limited to Zoom, Teams, Webex, Google Meets, etc.

Preferred:

  • Experience teaching, training, facilitating desired
  • Degree or Certification or Diploma in relative field (Business Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service/Hospitality an asset)
  • Certifications in technical field


Additional Information

Type of Employment: Casual Part-time, supporting 3-day programs (Tues - Thurs) on an as needed basis.

Travel Requirements: This role requires 10% travel.

Work Location: Remote (Preferred location Western Canada)

Work Environment: This position will require extended periods of sitting and utilizing virtual platforms; long periods of screen time

Must be eligible to work in Canada.
