Job Description
This position is responsible for coordinating the design, development, management, research, and deployment of compliance related, mandatory organization-wide and role-specific training for the organization. This includes collaboration and interaction with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This position also serves as the primary Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator within the HRMS (Human Resource Management System), as well as managing training initiatives and system updates for the organization. This position ensures regular review of the training library to monitor and update mandatory and compliance requirements.


  • Project Manage the set up and execution and completion of mandatory trainings.
  • Provide LMS administration and technical e-training development that supports the overall mandatory training program
  • Provide leadership, vision, and long-range goals related to training technologies and deliveries at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation by managing and coordinating mandatory and compliance related trainings that are both reasonable and appropriate for the workforce including employees, volunteers, and interns


Required Qualifications


  • Minimum three years of Human Resources training experience
  • Minimum five years’ experience managing complex detailed projects or workload
  • Minimum one year working in a learning management system
  • Minimum three years of Human Resources training experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or six years related experience
  • High attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • Minimum one year working in a learning management system


Preferred Qualifications


  • Advanced research skills and enthusiasm for lifelong learning
  • Knowledge and experience of training effectiveness theory
  • Experience with technical audio and video editing software
