We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the team to help onboard and integrate those expected employees joining soon along with other employees that may be hired throughout.
16 week duration for this program
Requirements:
We’re looking for someone with little to no experience interested in learning the ins and outs of Human Resources.
This role is great for HS, College students or for anyone looking to gain some knowledge and new skills in corporate training.
HR Recruitment Specialist
Below are some of the responsibilities W.R.A.C will train you on:
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining google drive and important documents
- Assisting with HR projects as needed
- Entering new hires into Smart Recruiters system
- Working with HR team to continually improve new employee training videos and/ or training programs
- Distributing and collecting necessary forms to and from new hires prior to their onboarding process (Employees Non-Disclosure forms, HIPPA Form, etc.)
- Familiarizing new employees with the organization’s services, goals, and vision
- Leading onboarding training programs and track employees’ onboarding process
