Model Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will be on a constant star search to find talented content creators and assist them on their journey towards success. The role is designed to attract and sign-up new members to our Model Program. You will be responsible for assisting with account setup and optimization while building long-lasting relationships based on satisfaction, trust and loyalty.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cold call, email talent and take skype meetings as needed during negotiation
• Perform other departmental duties as assigned
• Be the positive spokesperson for the brand in attracting talent at events and conferences (both in-person and virtual); be comfortable speaking in public with varying group sizes
• Research new leads, opportunities and find new talents to recruit
• Negotiate contracts, create plans for business development, create reports for talents to help enhance their portfolio and revenue streams
• Understand the market and the industry to find best opportunities
• Clear out all DMs on social media platforms for recruit and support-related queries

Must Haves

What you’ll need to successful:

• Pro-active and resourceful; ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Internet savvy; organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Technical skills / experience working with CMS software
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter)
• High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and ability to handle multiple, competing priorities
• Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated to achieve targets
• Some basic/financial analytic skills

Nice To Have

• Customer Service/Support experience with some negotiation and or sales involved
• Comfort with repetitive tasks
• Bilingualism
• A post-secondary education in marketing, public relations, communications, or business administration
