Nous recherchons un recruteur pour rejoindre notre équipe! Vos principales tâches consisteront à mener à bien l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, y compris la présélection et les entretiens de second tour des candidats, l'intégration des nouveaux employés, et à veiller à ce que les documents d'emploi et les procédures d'intégration soient complétés.

RESPONSABILITÉS:

  • Tenir à jour avec précision les dossiers des employés
  • Préparer et publier des offres d'emploi sur diverses plateformes.
  • Recommander d'autres stratégies de recrutement, le cas échéant, pour répondre à la demande
  • Fournir à la direction les rapports et documents demandés.
  • Rechercher et attirer des candidats en utilisant des bases de données, les médias sociaux et d'autres plateformes de Job board.
  • Agir en tant que point de contact et établir des relations influentes avec les candidats au cours du processus de sélection.
  • Mener des entretiens en utilisant divers outils ou méthodes de recrutement et de sélection fiables pour filtrer les candidats dans le respect du calendrier.
  • Identifier les besoins actuels et futurs en matière de personnel
  • Présélectionner les CV et les demandes d'emploi des candidats.
  • Promouvoir la réputation de l'entreprise en tant que "meilleur lieu de travail".
  • Intégrer les nouveaux employés

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Connaissance du droit du travail et de l'emploi
  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en matière de recrutement.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et verbale
  • Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion.
  • Un baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines est un atout.
  • Un état d'esprit axé sur les résultats.
  • Solide capacité à mener différents types d'entretiens virtuels et en personne.
  • Doit parler couramment l'anglais et le français.
  • Familiarité avec les bases de données RH, les systèmes de suivi des candidats (ATS) et les systèmes de gestion des candidats (CMS).
  • Expérience pratique de divers processus de sélection (entretien vidéo, entretien téléphonique, vérification des références, etc.)
  • Capacité à établir des relations avec tous les employés.
  • Expérience préalable en ressources humaines, en recrutement ou dans d'autres domaines connexes.

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! Your main job duties will be to conduct the full cycle recruitment process including screening and second round interviews of candidates, on-boarding new hires, and ensuring the completion of employment documents and on-boarding procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing and Attracting candidates by using databases, social media and other Job board platforms
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Recommend alternative recruitment strategies as needed to keep up with demand
  • Prepare and post job openings on various platforms
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools or methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • On-board new employees
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management is an Asset
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of virtual and in-person interviews
  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes ( video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Results oriented mindset
