Job Description

LevelUP Human Capital Solutions (HCS) provides Recruiting Consulting Services and Strategic Solutions that positions Companies to Confidently Scale. We are the first to deliver a recruitment solution that marries subject matter expert (SME) recruiters and management consulting to deliver high quality hires at low cost. We offer flexible solutions, including teams of on- or off-site dedicated recruiters.

LevelUP HCS currently looking to add a full time Campus Recruitment Specialist to join our onsite recruitment team in Montreal, Canada.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Managers and other stakeholders to establish Recruitment targets and actively communicate, coordinate key timelines
  • Act as a primary resource for our Junior Talent and help orient them in their new role
  • Manage existing relationships universities while continuously developing new ones
  • Track Campus metrics and incorporate Diversity/Inclusion and learning/development initiative
  • Manage performance reviews for all interns
  • Lead full recruitment process fur Summer Internship program and off cycle internships for all Business lines in Canada.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and a positive candidate experience for interns when integrating their respective teams


COMPETENCIES

  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast paced, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Great work ethics, exceptional communication skills in both English and French.
  • Proactive, highly organized, client focused and results oriented.
  • Strong capacity to develop robust relationships in a virtual environment across various stakeholders

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Internet and Social Media savvy, specifically with websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position or relevant HR experience.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree

Principales responsabilités :

- Diriger l'ensemble du processus de recrutement pour le programme de stages d'été et les stages hors cycle pour tous les secteurs d'activité au Canada.

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires et les autres parties prenantes pour établir des objectifs de recrutement et communiquer activement, coordonner le calendrier d’activités

- Développer et innover la stratégie du recrutement universitaire.

- Assurer une expérience de recrutement et intégration positive des stagiaires dans leurs équipes respectives

- Gérer les relations existantes entre les universités tout en développant continuellement de nouvelles relations

- Agir comme ressource principale pour nos talents juniors et les aider à s'orienter dans leur nouveau rôle

- Gérer les évaluations des performances de tous les stagiaires

- Intégrer les initiatives de diversité/inclusion et d'apprentissage et de développement


COMPÉTENCES

- Excellentes compétences en matière de priorisation, de rédaction et de communication orale en anglais et français

- Capacité à développer de bonnes relation solides dans un environnement virtuel .

- Doit avoir la capacité d'apprendre rapidement les systèmes et les processus

- Souplesse et capacité d'adaptation

COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES

L'EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE PRÉALABLE

ÉDUCATION
