About the role

If there is one thing we have come to understand pretty well, is that we are only as strong as the collective strengths of the humans behind Zeffy. Recruitment is not just another priority, it is our #1 priority!

As the second member of our recruitment team, you will have a critical role in finding the talents who will build and scale the best tech for charities. More precisely, you are the guardian of Zeffy's values and culture, and you will:

• Work closely with our recruiter, managers and cofounders to identify current and future needs and attract top talents ;
• Be a leader in scaling the recruitment processes and building our employer brand.
• Build the scorecards, write the job descriptions, reach out to potential candidates, manage inbounds, and run the first interviews ;

Preferred Experience

• Ability to co-create with the current team and to train new team members ;
• Strong sales skills - you easily inspire and convince people ;
• An inherent drive to leave a better world behind and a desire to grow within a promising company.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English - speaking and writing ;
• Minimum 4 years on the job market, in recruitment or sales ;
• Confirmed experience as a Talent Hunter (minimum 2 years), preferably in a fast-growing startup environment with a strong culture ;
