Senior Contract Specialist Jobs

PrecisionERP is looking for Vendor Management Contract Advisor with 5+ years of experience for our client.

Must Haves:

Contract Negotiation

· Actively negotiates pricing, services, and standards within strategic agreements on behalf of projects and departments.

· Actively negotiates pricing and services with non-strategic vendors as part of RFS/RFP. processes.

· Facilitates conversations between the vendor, other strategic vendors, and client's departments (e.g. Legal, Purchasing, Enterprise Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, Operational Business Champions, Project/Delivery teams, etc.) as required to actively support contract negotiations.

Contract Support

· Leads and coordinates activities related to complex changes required to support business objectives, including drafting and reviewing RFS documents, requirements and conditions included in the RFP process, RFP scoring activities (to ensure integrity of scoring), and contract change order and amendment proposals.

Delivery Management

· Develops extensive knowledge and understanding of contract details including terms and conditions, services, and the practical implications.

· Manages contractual milestones, identifying and recommending the people and technology resources required for MPI to meet its responsibilities while identifying and collaborating with provider teams on external vendor responsibilities.

· Participates in key governance and relationship management activities including reviewing reports, attending meetings with external vendors, and monitoring governance escalations to ensure that appropriate resources are available at each governance level.
