Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote role. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our clients' growth and success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
- Stay up to date with the latest recruitment technologies and tools to optimize the recruitment process
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and connect with diverse talent pools
- Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals and stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights
Must-Have Skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a senior or leadership role
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and closing technical talent across various levels and disciplines
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and trends in the industry
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices, including competency-based interviewing techniques and behavioral assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Degree or Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent acquisition platforms
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment strategies
