Responsibilities:

As an IT Support Specialist at Ivo Developments Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our users. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing desktop and laptop support for users, addressing both software and hardware issues within the facility.

2. Assisting in the implementation of hardware upgrades for Personal Mobility Devices users.

3. Offering support for IT infrastructure and network projects to maintain optimal system performance.

4. Managing IT equipment inventory and software licenses to ensure compliance.

5. Supporting all office equipment, including printers and copiers, to minimize downtime.

6. Creating and maintaining documentation for software installation, configuration, and support procedures.

7. Developing internal software solutions and maintaining existing business software.

8. Assisting in the support and administration of Microsoft Windows servers, including application servers, file servers, and firewalls.

9. Identifying and resolving computer system and LAN problems through effective problem-solving.

10. Providing end-user assistance and training as needed to enhance IT knowledge and productivity.

11. Identifying and implementing solutions for network security, including Spyware, Adware, and virus protection.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Computer Studies/Information Technology or a related field.

- 1 year of experience in Information Technology operations (Fresh graduates will be considered).

- Proficiency in Networking Technologies, including Wireless Networks, VPN, LAN/WAN, and knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

- Advanced knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows 11/10/7, Windows Server, iOS, Android.

- Familiarity with Productivity Applications: Office 365 (Outlook, Office Applications, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Web Conferencing Technologies

- Experience with PC hardware, printers, routers, and switches.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and contribute actively to team objectives.

- Exceptional customer service delivery skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to integrate sustainability into IT operations.
