Technical Recruiter - Banking

We are needing an experience Technical Recruiter to assist us with our banking client requirements.

Hybrid role working out of our Montreal office.

Role is salary, placement commission and benefits with room for growth.

Must have at least 5+ years of technical recruitment experience and within the banking/Capital Markets area.

Responsibilities

• Implement sourcing strategies to target niche technical roles and maintain a diverse and qualified candidate pool
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end and effectively attract, source, and interview candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers in a consultative manner ensuring the best hiring decisions are made and in a timely manner
• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates and create compensation package proposals while leading the negotiation and offer process
• Conduct talent mapping and other activities to identify and target top technical talent
• Alongside the recruitment coordinator, administrate the approval process. Collect and create candidate documentation and maintain document management best practices

Required

• Ability to quickly create relationships with hard-to-find candidates through strong communication skills
• Previous experience with ATS systems and candidate search sites and tools
• Bilingual French English
• Detail-oriented and not afraid of multiple-step process
• Able to negotiate salaries, join dates, qualify candidates technical ability for each role
• Technical Recruiting experience – banking industry experience highly desired
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to produce quality results working under minimal supervision
