The Recruiter for our Montreal East client will...

• Take references from potential candidates
• Answer talent calls
• Shortlist candidates
• Establish the recruitment plan to meet customer needs: sourcing, posting, interviewing.
• Sort resumes received
• Open talent file
• Post vacancies
• Answer candidates' questions

Qualifications
The recruiter must also have...

• A keen sense of curiosity
• Relevant experience in recruitment or customer service;
• Team spirit and strong learning skills;
• University degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or other relevant field
• A passion for achieving results and objectives;
• Strong organizational skills
