We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Arabic-English Bilingual HR - Remote Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring process, while accessing resources in both Arabic and English.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation, ensuring proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process, utilizing both Arabic and English communication skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication in both Arabic and English.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, accurately interpreting information in Arabic and English.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records, including candidate profiles and progress reports, ensuring information is recorded in both Arabic and English.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, effectively communicating in both Arabic and English.
• Conduct phone and video interviews in both Arabic and English to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, while specifically targeting Arabic-speaking candidates.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with various recruitment techniques, including sourcing passive candidates and utilizing online platforms, in both Arabic and English.
• HR certification or relevant degree is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively evaluate candidate skills and qualifications in both Arabic and English.
• Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar HR role.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Compensation:
